Artwork Approval

We will prepare all the artwork for your approval before anything ever goes to the embroidery or print process so you have nothing to worry about.

Production Starts

Your order goes into production when all the artwork is approved and we will keep you updated on the progress. All printing and embroidery is done In-House so we have full control over the process.

Dispatch

All orders are usually dispatched using DPD Couriers. You will receive notification of dispatch along with your relevant tracking number.

How does the "Direct Embroidery" service work?

The "Direct Embroidery" service is by far one of our most popular customer options. You simply place your order online, send us your garments, we crest them and send them straight back to you. We will send you a visual of your school crest before we proceed with any embroidery. This is a particularly popular option with both schools direct and parents councils as it has saved parents €€€€'s time and time again.

What file do I need to submit for the embroidered crest or badge option?

We don't expect you to have your embroidery DST file to hand (great if you do) but not to worry because if you send us the best picture/image of the crest we will create the necessary file.

How simple is it to apply the digital transfers?

Applying our digital transfers is very simple and user friendly, requiring only a heat press or home iron, some parchment paper, and the transfer itself. The process involves preheating the print area, pressing the transfer at 135 deg Celsius approx at a medium to firm pressure for 15 seconds. Allow it to cool . cold peel, and do a final 5-second press for durability.

Can I design my own hoodie prints?

Absolutely you can. We love to see people submit there own artwork. We have no limitations when it comes to styles and number of colours you can use. All we ask is that you try and submit print ready files. If you need us to redraw something you can always avail of our Artwork Service.
